All services are advisory in nature. Final implementation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We provide professional guidance based on experience and analysis; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including sales performance, rankings, profitability, or business growth.

Results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, platform changes, and client execution.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Maintain any required access credentials

  • Independently execute recommended actions unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Comply with Amazon policies and all applicable laws

We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.

 

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed separately in writing prior to engagement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are due according to agreed timelines

  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced

Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, frameworks, reports, presentations, and documents provided by Hazeitim Services LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients may use deliverables for internal business purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share them without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or operational information exchanged during the engagement.

This obligation continues after termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Hazeitim Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding fees remain payable

  • Access to proprietary materials may be revoked

  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

 

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including Amazon.

We are not responsible for platform policy changes, account suspensions, listing removals, or actions taken by third parties.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

 

11. Changes to These Terms
